I’ve been getting some reports that Unlisurf 50 is back. This is not confirmed, though.
However, a quick scan of the local telco discussion hangouts and social media showed that some people claimed to have been able to register to Unlisurf 50, particularly using Smart Bro.
Apparently, it’s a try-and-try-until-you-succeed sort of thing.
From Smart’s responses to people’s questions about Unlisurf, I gathered that the official response is that unlimited data buckets are no longer offered:

Reading the comments on Smart’s Facebook page, and even the comments on this blog, showed that there is much public anger towards Surfmax. In a nutshell, previous Unlisurf users hate it.
People have been complaining about really slow internet, spotty signal, and especially about the data cap. Many have threatened to switch to any other telco that offers a better deal, but, unfortunately for us, our telco industry is a duopoly, and it’s really an empty threat since we don’t have any other choice right now.
Many are hopeful that Telstra will be the “savior”, although I am personally not holding out too much hope that Telstra will provide unlimited internet at reasonable prices. I want to be optimistic about it, but we’ll see.
In response to the ridiculously small Surfmax daily data cap (technically, it’s not a cap but a data throttle, but people have said that once you exceed the 800 MB daily limit, the internet becomes so slow you’d likely die of old age first before a page loads), some “tutorials” on how to bypass the Surfmax limit have started showing up online.

Yes it is back I think. We’re able to register Unlisurf50 last Saturday. Last time kasi di raw lumalabas sa menu ng loading stations yung unlisurf. Baka because of the the cap nung Surfmax kaya ibinalik nila ito ulit.
Hi Sel, are you using Smart Bro prepaid or Smart Buddy (regular sim) prepaid? Since there isn’t a lot of information out about this, I’m sure people are interested to know 🙂 Thanks!

yes unlisurf is back, i am currently registered to their 250 unlisurf, fortunately for me, my suki smart loader accidentally topped up my LTE multicut sim with 250 unlisurf, instead of what i asked for just a regular load of 250.
got the shock when i did a balance on my smart bro 4G pocket wifi page. but, not sure whether this is just a mistake, because it keep cutting in and out. the speed, well like surfmax, there are times when it is faster, when it’s a deadbeat and yes, it’s unlimited, coz i have been able to watch movies and tv shows online back to back without being stopped!

So panu na mag load sa unlisurf 50? Regular load parin ba na ikaw mag reregister or kapag nag pa load ka di na kailangan iregister like dertso na sa promo. Im using surfmax and it really sucks dahil my capping nga so i really want to know kung confirm na yung unlisurf promo and panu mag register.

Walang capping to?

There is no capping in with Unlisurf IF you only browse. That’s all you can do.
However, if you stream video such as with YouTube, download music, shows, movies, etc, then once you reach eith 1GB or 1.5GB, you are capped. Smart does not tell you this (that I know of). I had to pry this information out of a sale person at one of their stores.
So stick to browsing and you should be ok. I stress that you SHOULD be ok. It’s not guaranteed with these shady companies.
Yesterday at my suki tendahan i got UNLISURF 50, but then when i return back today that same UNLISURF was no longer available. Guys would you know on how to self-register UNLISURF? I’ve tried UNLISURF 200 send it to 211 but there were No Reply.
