Here, I would like to continue showing you some of the fun and amazing deals I found on my recent trip to S&R.
CONTAINERS & ORGANIZERS
These Rove 20 oz Double Wall Insulated Tumblers are Buy 1 Take 1 at P399.95 for 2 tumblers.
These Rove 16 oz Travel Mugs are also on Buy 1 Take 1 at P349.95 for 2 travel mugs.
The colors are really nice, and if you are the type who gets tired of their tumblers quickly, these are nice options. They are BPA-FREE and are made using stainless steel and polypropylene.
I also found these Watermelon Savers (P199.95) and Melon Savers (P169.95). I find these containers really useful – I think they will look a whole lot better and be less messy in the refrigerator than wrapping sliced melons in cling film! Snips is an Italian houseware brand.
And I was so happy to stumble across these Tea Bag Organizers (P279.95)! I never thought I would ever see them in the Philippines! If you are a tea-drinking organizing junkie like me, you will be happy to find these! Not only can you use them to organize your hoard of tea bags, you can also use them to organize lots of other things!
FOOD
For the meat sales, I already talked about the discounted Bounty Fresh Chicken Breasts and the free half kilo of Beef Brisket in my previous post. I also want to add that these Fish Fillets (White River Cobbler) are also on sale! These are a staple in our freezer so we hoarded them again 
It’s like, P120 for a kilo of meat (fish) that has no bones, no skin, no unused, wasted portion. It’s also very versatile – bake it, fry it, grill it, whatever, and they cook really quickly. Since the fish tastes really neutral, you can use whatever sauce you like. Personally, I like a sweet, lemon butter sauce OR Kraft’s Tartar Sauce (also available at S&R for about P99).
I also saw these – Maine Lobster Tails! They are not on sale, but if you are planning to cook up something special, be happy to know that Maine Lobster Tails are easily available!
These Meltique Beef cuts are also discounted! These are the Karubi, Ribeye, and Striploin.
These were not on sale, but awesome if you are looking for Italian mozzarella made from buffalo milk. It’s P399.95 for a tub of Fattorie Garofalo Bufala Mozzarella, but I am very curious about this product because I have read a lot of people rave about how good a mozzarella it is, and everyone knows I love my creamy cheeses!

These Dole Tropical Gold Pineapples are also on Buy 1 Take 1 for the week (until Monday). These are really sweet! If you love fresh pineapples, take advantage of this promo!

This Party Mix is half off, from P419.95 to just P210! Personally, I am not a big party mix eater, but it might come in handy if you have a lot of people over for parties, group study, etc… It always helps to put out a big bowl of something for visitors to munch on.

I also saw these TruNature 300mg Cranberry supplements (220 soft gels). They are on sale – less P300, now only P999.95. I noticed them because some of the people close to me are prone to UTI problems and cranberry is excellent for urinary tract health.
Check out the Grape Seed one beside it, it’s also on sale, from P1,200, now only P500! Upon some googling, Grape Seed & Reservatrol promotes a healthy heart and more flexible arterial walls – essentially helps prevent heart attacks. Hmm.. I didn’t notice it at the time, maybe I should go back for it.

These Bounty Paper Towels (12 Rolls) are also on sale from P1,299.95 to P1,149.95! As far as paper kitchen towels go, Bounty is a good brand and it actually absorbs more so you end up using less. Some uses for good kitchen paper towels are: wrapping lettuce and cut vegetables so they stay crisp and don’t dry out; a good paper towel can also skim fat off the top when you are cooking soups or stews without breaking apart! In a pinch, you can use a good quality paper towel as a strainer if you don’t have any cheesecloth on hand. And don’t forget our most common use for paper towels – absorbing excess oil from fried foods!
