When people ask me for recommendations for affordable buffets, The Round Table is almost always on my list of suggestions. The quality of the food is good, and the price? It’s just P295/person!
I recently visited The Round Table again when they celebrated their one-year anniversary. It was a Friday, and the buffet theme of the day was Roast Carving Friday:

WHAT’S NEW AT THE ROUND TABLE?
When I wrote my first The Round Table review, they had a Facebook promo where Facebook fans get to pay a discounted price of only P199/person instead of P295! That promo has already ended – the price is back to the regular price of P295, BUT, now ALSO INCLUDES ROAST BEEF IN THE BUFFET.
The P199 promo price buffet last year did not include the roast beef in the buffet dishes. The roast beef was only included on weekends and special buffet events, priced at P295. Now, the roast beef is included every day, at the P295/person price (there is a 10% service charge).
If you are a big meat eater and love all things beef, P295 is a steal when you can eat as much roast beef as you want!
At the very affordable price of P295, The Round Table’s buffet’s selection is small (only around 10 dishes total, please watch the video to get an idea of what to expect), but offers quality food, cooked in small batches — they only start cooking the refills when they are about to run out — this means the food you get is new and hot.
Another change that I learned about was the theatre seating. The Round Table has limited seats, so they use the “theatre style-timed seating” where they have time slots:
LUNCH: 11 AM – 1 PM (first batch), and 1 PM – 2:30 PM (second batch)
DINNER: 6 PM – 8 PM (first batch), and 8 PM – 10 PM (second batch)
Reservations are preferred. For walk ins, you take the chance of not being accommodated because they are full. However, if they have available slots, they will accommodate you.
The Round Table is closed on Mondays, but you can schedule your private events at The Round Table on Mondays (see Exclusively Yours Mondays below).

Due to popular demand, The Round Table has started accepting private events held at The Round Table on Mondays.
The Round Table is closed to the public on Mondays, and the day can be used to have private events like small gatherings, etc… You can have a party with just a minimum of 10 people!
It’s really not that expensive at all to have a small party, with prices at P295/person (with 10% S.C.), and you have several choices for your menu. You also get to use the restaurant facilities and have wait staff for three hours.

The Round Table is the restaurant of catering company Q Provisions – you can taste their food here, and if you like their food, you can also have them cater your events. They can also do Party Trays, Bulk Orders, and even Same Day Catering. Chef Mia K. Capay, lawyer-chef and third generation Katigbak, got her culinary training in the US and is a bonafide member of the American Culinary Federation.
My second visit to The Round Table was good, as expected! For P295 and all the tender, juicy, roast beef I could eat, I was very happy and very full! This is really one of the most value-for-money affordable buffets in Metro Manila.
