Last Saturday, we went to Racks Megamall to try their latest offering, the Smoked Chipotle Ribs! When it comes to ribs and steak, I am always game. 😀

SMOKED CHIPOTLE RIBS
We went to Racks for dinner, so we ordered the half slab Smoked Chipotle Ribs (P875), which already includes 2 pcs ribs, 2 servings of rice and a large side.

The Smoked Chipotle Ribs were tender and juicy, hot off the grill. These are pork ribs that are glazed with some smoky and spicy barbecue sauce.
I asked for extra Smoked Chipotle BBQ sauce, of course (free). The sauce that came with the order was in a tiny cup and that’s just not enough!

The Smoked Chipotle Barbecue Sauce was sweet and smoky, close to a regular barbecue sauce. It is not as tart or as sharp as Rack’s regular sauce. The Smoked Chipotle BBQ Sauce was also hot (spicy), but to me, the level of spiciness is medium – it will coat your mouth with a spicy sensation, but it’s not hot enough to make me reach for water or to make me cry.

We chose to get their potato salad, which I actually really liked – the dressing was creamy, sweet and I’m guessing, had some turmeric? Weird, but delicious.
For drinks, we got Iced Tea and Coke.
Service was attentive.
