Quaker Delicious Morning Instant Oatmeal Banana Honey

I skip breakfast a lot. When I wake up, it’s often rush, rush, rush – with things to do and errands to run.

All the morning routine videos I’ve seen all emphasize the importance of carving out some “me” time before starting your day, and that is what I’ve been trying to do lately.

One of the things that has helped is organizing this breakfast station, AND, stocking up on Quaker’s flavored instant oatmeals. Sure, there are days when I prefer to have more savory breakfasts, but lately, I’ve been gravitating towards Quaker oats because it’s just more convenient, and healthier, too, of course 🙂

All I have to do is boil water – I just boil water one time for my oatmeal and coffee or tea – SO CONVENIENT! I take my coffee and oatmeal to the balcony if the weather permits, and enjoy 10 minutes of tranquility, cooled by the breeze, under our mango tree, watching the cats play.

Each packet is also only P10! I also have the bigger packs, which I will be transferring to a container when I’ve used up my packets.

I only have 2 but there are actually 4 flavors available: Banana & Honey, Chocolate, Chocolate with Milk and Original with Milk, and I just pick one depending on what I feel like eating that day. I sometimes also add fresh or frozen fruit, depending on what we have on hand. I also sprinkle some chia seeds for added health benefits! 🙂

Why Quaker Instant Flavored Oatmeal?

First of all, it’s delicious! It’s also quick and easy — very important when you’re still sleepy!
