Due to numerous customer requests, Novotel Manila Araneta Center has finally opened a standalone ice cream parlor showcasing their unique ice cream flavors that they make in-house.
It’s called Ice N Cream, and it is located inside the hotel, on the ground floor, just across from the buffet area entrance.
At the buffets, regular customers have been asking to check if so and so ice cream flavors are available (even if they are not displayed in the buffet area). Novotel’s in-house made ice creams are very popular with regulars.

ICE N CREAM BY NOVOTEL
Ice N Cream by Novotel opened their doors to the public last Easter Sunday, April 16. They are open from 1 PM to 8 PM.
I love their flavors! I have been enjoying their unique in-house ice creams in their Le Mont Gourmand (15 scoops for P999). Since I attend Novotel events often, I have heard a lot of stories about when they were developing the flavors, testing them, and how they stumble upon the different flavor combinations. I am anxiously waiting for the beer flavor they are developing 
Their ice cream is made from premium local and imported ingredients from Germany and France, gluten-free, less sugar and stabilizer-free.
This is their current flavor line-up. I’ve been told that they will rotate flavors after some time. Did you know that they have developed about 100+ flavors already?
Of course, I did my best to try all the flavors! I was able to try all 18!
All the ice cream flavors are really good. They are not bland, and you can really taste the fruits and other food that are incorporated in the ice cream. They don’t skimp on the ingredients. The ice creams are full-flavored.
It’s so difficult to pick favorites, but here are my top recommendations:
- Leche de Almond – crowd favorite; many people ranked this as their favorite flavor
- Breezy Berry – this is my favorite, it’s a very summery flavor
- Green with Envy (Avocado) – super, super creamy!
- Passionista – I like sweet & tart sorbets
- Papa Don Preach (Alcoholic) – I love Rum Raisin! They use a good quality rum, it’s so good. This is for those who love caramelly, raisin oatmeal cookie type flavors.
- Tijuana Surprise (Alcoholic) – it’s no surprise that I like this – Cucumber. Dalandan. Tequila. Win!
- Kirsch Me (Alcoholic) – this is their version of Black Forest cake in ice cream form. Chocolate, swirls of cherry syrup, cherry brandy, etc… yum yum yum!
