HSBC Gold Visa Cash Back Credit Card

Love collecting all the credit cards to get all the awesome perks? 😀

I am someone like that, and I have friends like that, too. Whenever we go to a restaurant or go shopping, we always check what perks our credit cards can get us, and we pick the best credit card to use.

If you’re like us, you’ll find this new card from HSBC interesting!

HSBC GOLD VISA CASH BACK CREDIT CARD

HSBC just launched a new credit card called the HSBC Gold Visa Cash Back Credit Card. It’s a dining, shopping and travel companion that gives you instant cash back on your purchases.

For someone who loves to try new restaurants, and sometimes revisit favorites, the 5% dining cash back feature is what caught my attention!

The HSBC Gold Visa Cash Back Credit Card offers the following:

  • 5% cash back on dining transactions
  • 0.5% cash back on all other transactions (shopping, travelling, etc…)
  • there is no minimum spend required – I like this!!! Most often our restaurant bill (for 2) doesn’t even reach P1,500, so this is great news!
  • cash backs / rebates are credited automatically every calendar month – you’ll see the effect on your bill every month! No more long waits, unlike with earning points where you have to wait for your points to accumulate before you can exchange it for something
  • there is a cash back cap of P1,200 monthly – you can only get a max of P1,200 cash back a month
  • 3% fuel rebate at participating Caltex stations – get 10% rebate on your first Caltex fuel purchase plus 3% rebate all year round
  • Acquisition incentive: GET YOUR FIRST MEAL FREE!!! From now until September 30, 2017, get a free meal worth P2,500 when you apply and get approved for an HSBC Gold Visa Cash Back Credit Card.

*Annual fee is waived on the first year

They even have this table that shows cash back that flows with your lifestyle! Get 1% cash back for school items during the back-to-school months (instead of just regular 0.5% cash back), and check out the travel cash back of 1% that falls on peak vacation months. HSBC knows their customers, alright. 🙂

This really is a dining companion credit card. You get 5% of your money back when you dine at ANY RESTAURANT. Other credit cards just lets you earn points, or only lets you enjoy discounts at a limited set of restaurants, whereas the HSBC Gold Visa Cash Back Credit Card gets you 5% back at any restaurant you want to dine at.

One response to “HSBC Gold Visa: Your New Dining Card + 50% OFF Spiral!”

  1. […] The biggest selling point for the HSBC Gold MasterCard is its introductory 0%APR for 18 months on both balance transfers. This feature helps cardholders bogged down by existing high-interest credit card debt to pay off said debt in a cost-effective way. Another reason to use this card would be to finance a big purchase you can’t afford to pay for outright. […]
